9 Passive income streams on a thight budget

Can you create passive income streams with a very near zero budget? Yes, you can.
There are plenty of options if you have almost no starting budget. The only you need is the will to start and perservere. And have patience.
Keep in mind: success and money don't come overnight. It's like an oak, they need a long time to grow.

1. Create blog

And make sure to keep on visiting this site ;-)/
It is fairly easy to set up a blogsite nowadays. But keep in mind that this isn't the easiest way to start earning money. Millions of blogposts are published every day and it will take a long time and dedication to get noticed.

2. Open an Etsy shop

Creative or not, everyone can open their Etsy-shop (see xxxxx).
And it is also the cheapest way to start your first passive income stream. Signin up is easy and free, the only thing you have to pay are the listing fees for the items you sell.
If you are totally not creative at all, like me, then you can start selling AI created art (wallpaper, posters, patterns, ...) or open an Print On Demand shop.
For the creative people ... use your creativity! You can sell handmade jewelry, toys made of cans, house decoration, ... The possibilies are endless.
Keep on following me, I will post useful tips and tricks on a regular basis.

3. Sell books on Amazon

Amazon KDP offers an amazing service: you can publish your own books!
You don't have to be a writer to sell books on Amazon.
You can publish so many books: coloring books, crosswords, sudoku, calculations for young children, ... The possibilities are infinite. For the content of these books, you use AI or (free) websites to create the content.
And then you select a publisher for these books and you're ready to go.
There is also another option if you are an aspiring writer: you can publish your poems, books, ... on Amazon Kindle/

4. Create an online course

Ok, this can be a bit difficult and time consuming but you should be able to do it.
No need to be an expert in an obscure programming language, you can create an online course on positivity, gardening, kungfu for beginners, repairing motorbikes, woodworking, sales, ...
Just choose something you have some expertise in, write down a content plan and start recording.
There are many online platforms where you can sell your courses: Skillshare, Udemy, Teachable, ...
But again, the competion is gigantic. So better to do some marketing around it: create a youtube channel, promote it on social media, ...

5. Dropshipping via TikTok

This one, I only stumbled upon it a few days ago and it looks very interesting (for the moment).
The idea behind it is that you sell products from Amazon via Tiktok. The nice thing is that Tiktok offers a gigantic discount to promote their shop section.
So, let's say found a wallet of 20$ on Amazon and you sell it on Tiktok for 25$. Tiktok gives a very big discount and prices it for 10$ (for example), so Tiktok pays the difference between the price you ask and the price they show.
So, a customer buys it for 10$, you get 25$ and the Amazon seller gets 20$.
Things can change fast and I need to do some more research on this one (cos I heard that shipping costs are no longer free).
But I think I might give this one a try and keep you updated!

6. Affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketing is a populare way for people to generate a passive income stream without creating and managing their products.
Sign up to an affiliate program (like Amazon Affiliates, Clickbank, ...) and start promoting these products. This can be done via a blog, social media, a youtube channel, ...
As with all the other xxxxxxxxxxx, this also takes some time before you see the rewards of your work. You first need to build thrust with your audience (and get and audience).

7. Start a podcast

You like to talk, you have your own opinions on things, you have lots of ideas but you are afraid to start a YouTube channel: starting a podcast is the solution for you.
It is extremely easy to start, you can already start with your phone (ok, later on you might have to invest in proper equipment).
Monetizing a blog isn't that easy, you need to gather an audience (like with everything) who is interested in what you have to say and then they can give donations to you. Or you can also get paid for product placement, which is a bit like affiliate marketing where you get paid for promoting other peoples articles.
In my opinion, this is the easiest to start but to most difficult to get money from.

8. Participate in paid surveys

Ok, this is not exactly a passive income stream because you only get paid once. There is no recurrent income from it.
But it can be a nice side hustle to do if you have lots of time.

9. Sell stock photos
