My targets and dreams

I am a very realistic and down-to-earth person, but like everyone else I have some dreams and targets I want to achieve.
I will tell you what I try to achieve on short and long term. And also what my ultimate dreams are (and why I am doing all this).

1. Targets

I've divided the targets I want to reach into 2 seperate ones. The first (short term) are the targets I want to achieve between now and 6 months. The long term targets are my targets for the next few months>

1.a. Short term targets

For every project I start, I have only one target in mind I want to reach in the first 6 months: running break-even. Nothing comes for free in life and I have to pay for web hosting, tools I use, ...
Although I love doing what I do but I am not a non-profit organisation. It is always nice to have something in return so you can see all your time and efforts were not in vain.
There is the financial aspect, no need to lie about this. I want to make money out of every project and I am a realistic person knowing that you don't get rich quick. SO, do it step by step. And the first step in becoming profitable is running break-even (where the net revenue covers the total costs). And from there on, I can start building and expanding.
My idea is that you need to have a steady foundation, a good base before you can start building and expanding. You can't build a skyscraper on loose ground.
And because all projects I start interest me a lot, I also hope to learn a lot in these first months. I am totally aware that I will make lots of mistakes and hope to learn form them (and also tell you so you don't make these too)

1.b. Long term targets

Now we're talking about where I want to be with every project in one year and more>
I am not going to lie to you but I want to make money out of everything. That's the intention of passive income streams, right?
I am humble enough to know I will not become millionaire out of it (but you may always dream). I just want to create a passive income stream out of every project that generates at least 200€ per project.

2.a. Balinese dreams

Moving to Bali (see xxxxxxxxxxx) changed my life in very positive way.
Bali has given so much to me that I want to give something in return.
Bali has a side that tourists don't see, they only see the neon signs, the full restaurants, the beach clubs, the beautiful sunsets, ... But behind all this, when you go a bit more inlands, there are many people living in povery.
And my dream is to help all the organisations that try to give these people a better life. So, when I start making a nice income stream, my plan is to donate 30%-40% out this money to charity.
And I will keep you updated on all of this.

2.b. Personal dreams

Back in Belgium (see xxxxx), I had a large garden with a greenhouse. There were fruit trees (apples, prunes and pears) in my garden, I had lots of raspberries and strawberries. And in the greenhouse, I did grow tomatoes, herbs, peppers, ... .
And this is one of the few things I miss from Belgium: gardening. I loved it, working and maintaining my garden was kind of relaxation for me after a day at work.
Where I live in Bali, I don't have a garden at all. This is where my personal dream kicks in.
If I earn enough money, I want to buy or leasehold a piece of farmland only for gardening. And my dream is to build a self-sustainable, off grid garden with automatic irrigation. And if possible, I also want to try hydrophonics on there. But these are still wild dreams which I hope to realise.
And my ultimate dream is buying an old neglected villa and renovate this.
